Due to planned growth , our Client is now looking to add to their team, they are looking to hire EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS who have an interest in the military or former Service Personnel who have sales experience.

Established over 7 years ago, our Client places ex-military personnel into civilian roles. Typical roles would be mechanical and electrical engineers, trainers, Project Managers, plant fitters, HGV technicians, Distribution Managers, Warehouse Managers, this list is certainly not exhaustive.

Job purpose: • Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements and develop and manage client and candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

You will be predominantly working from home and up to 1 day per week in Manchester and also be expected to attend military job fairs across the country.

Responsibilities: 

Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements to achieve revenue in line with targets by building sound relationships with clients and candidates

Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required 

Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities 

Source suitable vacancies 

Establish and agree terms and conditions of service 

Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams 

Attend military job fairs to meet prospective candidates and clients
