Marketing Team
The Marketing team has a very wide-reaching brief within the business’ Commercial team. To communicate with customers, to tell them useful information about their journeys and destinations, as well as to encourage them to book more journeys and grow revenue.
Our client wants to raise our brand awareness through marketing activity, making the business as recognisable as possible.
Role Overview
This is a key role within the busy CRM, Digital Content and Loyalty team to support their direct to customer marketing strategy by driving engagement, behavioural change, and incremental revenue through delivery of personalised experiences and campaigns across our digital channels.
You will do this by;
Aiding the delivery of the CRM and Digital Content team's strategy and plan with a focus on personalisation across all channels – email, push, website and app.
Supporting the CRM Campaigns Manager to deliver key CRM activity and ambitions, including loyalty scheme communications. Working end-to-end from briefing to delivery and reporting.
Working with Product Managers to deliver the business’ Assistant and Onboard content and contact strategy to ensure we are targeting customers with the right message at the right time.
Supporting the launch and integration of new products and initiatives within CRM channels.
Interrogating data and insight to ensure all activity is data-driven and results-led.
Having a laser focus on customer data acquisition, customer engagement, retention and satisfaction metrics.
Driving behaviour change with a focus on next-best action multi-channel interactions.
Delivering a compelling, consistently on-brand, and impactful creative experience with your activities.
Immersing yourself in the business to understand both customer needs and opportunities for the CRM team to drive our KPIs.
They are looking for someone knowledgeable in CRM and data driven marketing practices, with strong communication skills, a passion for creativity and innovative digital solutions, key attention to detail, and the ability to challenge, influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
